Cancellation Policy

1. Overview

This policy explains how clients may cancel a project or engagement with AgileTechForge (ATF) and what happens to work, payments, and deliverables upon cancellation.

2. Cancelling Before Work Begins

If a client wishes to cancel an engagement before any development work has started, they may do so by notifying us in writing at support@agiletechforge.com. In this case, any deposit paid will be refunded in accordance with our Return / Refund Policy.

3. Cancelling During an Active Project

Once development work has begun, a project may be cancelled by either party with written notice, as specified in the applicable statement of work (SOW). Upon cancellation:

  • The client will be billed for all work completed and resources committed up to the date of cancellation.
  • Any amount paid in advance for work not yet performed will be refunded on a pro-rata basis.
  • ATF will deliver all completed work product for which payment has been received.
  • Third-party costs already incurred on the client's behalf (domains, hosting, licenses, store fees) are non-refundable.

4. Cancellation by ATF

We reserve the right to cancel or pause an engagement if a client fails to make payments as agreed, fails to provide necessary information or access for an extended period, or engages in conduct that violates our Terms & Conditions. In such cases, we will provide written notice and settle accounts based on work completed to date.

5. Recurring Services

For ongoing services such as maintenance, support, or subscription-based access to software we host, cancellation requires written notice as specified in the SOW (typically 30 days). Fees already billed for the current billing cycle are non-refundable, but no further charges will apply after the cancellation takes effect.

6. How to Cancel

To cancel a project or service, please email support@agiletechforge.com with your project name and reason for cancellation. We will confirm receipt and next steps within 3 business days.
