Shipping Policy

1. Digital Delivery

AgileTechForge (ATF) is a software development company. We do not ship physical products. All deliverables under our Services — including source code, applications, designs, and documentation — are delivered digitally. This policy explains how and when digital deliverables are provided to clients.

2. Delivery Methods

Depending on the nature of the engagement, deliverables may be provided via:

• Private source code repositories (e.g., GitHub, GitLab, Bitbucket).
• Direct deployment to the client's hosting environment, cloud provider, or server.
• Publishing to app marketplaces (Apple App Store, Google Play Store) under the client's developer account.
• Secure file transfer or email for documentation and design assets.

3. Delivery Timelines

Delivery timelines for each milestone or the final project are defined in the applicable proposal or statement of work (SOW). Timelines are estimates based on the agreed scope and are dependent on the timely receipt of feedback, content, and approvals from the client. Delays caused by the client (late feedback, missing content, or scope changes) may extend the delivery timeline accordingly.

4. Delivery Confirmation

Upon delivery of a milestone or final deliverable, we will notify the client via email (automated project notifications are sent from system@agiletechforge.com) or the agreed communication channel. The client is expected to review the deliverable and provide acceptance or feedback within the timeframe specified in the SOW. If no response is received within that period, the deliverable will be considered accepted.

5. Third-Party Delays

Some deliverables depend on third parties outside our control, such as app store review times, domain/DNS propagation, or hosting provider setup. ATF is not responsible for delays caused by these third parties, though we will keep clients informed of any such delays as they arise.
