Return / Refund Policy

1. Overview

AgileTechForge (ATF) provides custom software development and digital services rather than physical goods. Because our work is bespoke and time-based, this policy explains when payments made to us are eligible for a refund and how such requests are handled.

2. Advance / Deposit Payments

Projects typically begin with an advance or deposit payment to reserve development time and resources. Once work has commenced on a milestone, the advance payment for that milestone is non-refundable, as it covers time, planning, and resources already committed.

3. Milestone-Based Refunds

  • If a milestone payment has been made but work on that milestone has not yet started, you may request a full refund of that specific payment.
  • If work on a milestone is in progress, we will refund the portion of the payment corresponding to work not yet completed, calculated on a pro-rata basis.
  • Payments for milestones that have been completed and delivered are non-refundable.

4. Non-Refundable Circumstances

  • Delays or scope changes caused by the client, including late feedback, delayed content/asset delivery, or requirement changes.
  • Third-party costs already incurred on the client's behalf, such as domain registration, hosting, licenses, or App Store/Play Store fees.
  • Work that has been fully delivered, accepted, or deployed to production.
  • Dissatisfaction with a deliverable that meets the agreed specifications in the statement of work (SOW).

5. How to Request a Refund

To request a refund, please contact us at support@agiletechforge.com with your project name, invoice/payment reference, and the reason for your request. We will review the request against the applicable SOW and respond within 7 business days.

6. Refund Processing

Approved refunds are processed using the original method of payment where possible, within 10–15 business days of approval. Bank charges or payment gateway fees deducted at the time of the original transaction are non-refundable and may be deducted from the refunded amount.
